Formerly holding top executive positions in different multinationals, Pepe is a consultant, management coach and trainer with more than 26 years experience collaborating with various local and multinational companies, both in business to business and in business to consumer.
He provides consulting services to top management of companies and major corporations in the areas of strategy, leadership and change management with special focus in creating new strategies and leading business transformations.
With vast experience carrying local and global responsibilities; working with functional and process oriented structures; creating and managing large international teams or driving simple networks without hierarchical reporting, Pepe has built an in-depth knowledge about organizational behavior adding the facet of leadership expertise to a solid business experience platform.
In the context of leading strategy execution Pepe has been responsible for the creation of various Corporate Universities as tools for top management to speed up strategy implementation and managing competence development as a key driver of execution. His deep understanding of corporate universities has often been cited by IMD Business School as a benchmark for in-house training.
Pepe is a worldwide-recognized lecturer and he provides training extensively on a global basis in subjects related to his specialities. He collaborates with many of his clients’ corporate training centres, some of which have been built under his consulting advice. He has been faculty and guest speaker at the Tetra Pak Academy in Lausanne, the Swarovski Academy in Zurich, Panalpina Academy in Basel, Telefónica-O2 University in Barcelona or Barclays in Johannesburg amongst others. Mainly focused on Leading high performing execution, Leading strategy shifts, Leading a Customer centric strategy, Strategic Global Marketing, IKAM and Strategic Decision-making, more than 15.000 top executives and managers, from all industries and geographies, have attended PGC programs, workshops and conferences.
He is also a frequent guest speaker at IMD Business School in Lausanne where he is responsible for the Work life/Private Life balance session at the Program for Executive Development (PED) and also faculty with the Duke University all over the world.
Pepe is coaching top managers to understand and face the various leadership challenges in different environments with special focus on helping managers to build organizational efficiency and take decisions leading to making things happen and get outstanding results.
Most recently, he has shared his experience with Google, Qualcomm, Nissan, BAE, Boston Consulting Group, Vodafone, Swarovski, Panalpina, Absa, Etisalat, Bupa/Sanitas, Metso, Holcim, and DeLaval amongst others.
